Aside from personal information, any health conditions or health updates with our clients will also be kept confidential.
Our fitness center aims to address any health problems or to increase quality of life through fitness, but we cannot guarantee any results for our clients. The success of every program depends on the effort of the gym members to achieve their personal fitness goals.

Elite Fitness Gym offers different membership packages. Payment must be made before availing of the membership package and using any of the gym facilities. Cancelation of membership is allowed, but will vary for each package; 12 month package cancelation fee is the value of 3 months of the package, 6 month package cancelation fee is the value of 2 months of the package, monthly package will have no cancelation fee. All memberships are non-transferrable.
You may bring a plus one (non-member) every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Only 1 guest pass will be offered per member per day allowed. Guests must sign up and leave a valid ID with the concierge.
Use of facilities
Presenting of valid membership card will be required to enter our facility. All members are allowed to use all the gym facilities given scheduled classes are not using the space or equipment. Classes are also available depending on the package availed by the member.
All workout areas are under 24-hour surveillance. Intentional damage of gym equipment will not be tolerated. For any intentional damage of equipment done by our client or his/her guest, they will be required to pay the estimated amount of said equipment. Membership will then be automatically canceled. No damages will be charged if the act was unintentional, but upon assessment of our staff and surveillance footage.
